Conventional suspension/bodyweight trainers can be harsh on certain joints or tendons/muscle groups, primarily caused by the angular force exuded when undertaking upper body exercises derived from a narrow starting point that creates a “V” shaped strap. Not CoreX.

 

The CoreX design team developed a revolutionary wide cambered head that significantly reduces workout angles. The result is a workout that is easier on key tendons and muscle groups such as the rotator cuff.

Further, CoreX uses innovative, bespoke, handles (CoreXSpinFee™). These handles are ergonomically design to fit the cusp of the palm and spin with less resistance than competitor offerings. Less resistance means less joint and tendon strain, particularly around the elbows. Corex’s foot cradles are not threaded through the inner handle, unlike most suspension/bodyweight trainers, thereby not impeding handle spin.

 

The handles are dual molded. The inner mold is made from compressed nylon which is much stronger and more durable than plastic handles. Feels better too. The grip mold is a highly durable and comfortable rubber, finished in an “old school” milk bottle design. Foot cradles are padded with a soft and durable PVC material that is comfortable, long wearing and easy to clean.

CoreX’s innovative locking mechanism enables both limited and full rotational exercises. When secured, sufficient play is left for ease of adjustment, strap length equalization, limited rotational exercises and tactile loading feedback. When liberated, full rotationally exercises are enabled, making CoreX the most versatile suspension/bodyweight trainer available.

CoreX is designed to be mounted practically anywhere. An integrated door anchor is designed within the attachment strap for home usage without the need of swapping straps or a separate attachment. The tapered head design minimizes door contact and the innovative locking mechanism doubles as a door protector being the door contact point. Non door mounting can be attached carabiner free (looping over), or attached with supplied carabiner that enables multi anchor adjustment points.

Heavy duty locking carabiner and industrial strength cambuckles for safety and ease of adjustment complete the CoreX Suspension Trainer.

• The CoreX revolutionary, biomechanically wide cambered head is made from 7075 aluminum, which is renowned for its incredible strength and lightness. Sure it costs more than other aluminum grades, and is a rarity for fitness equipment, but CoreX is committed to quality and safety! The use of a highly polished aluminum head also significantly reduces wear and tear when compared to nylon webbed stabilized suspension/bodyweight trainers – which are effectively grinding nylon against nylon.

• It is usual for suspension/body weight trainers to only heat cut ends to prevent fraying. Not CoreX. All ends are folded over and stitched which is far more resistant to fraying than heat cutting. Further, the finest quality, heavy duty, thick, 1.5” wide webbing is used for all straps.

• Dual molded handles. Inner mold compressed nylon. Grip mold, soft, durable rubber. Our handles are strong, long wearing, easy to clean and great on the hands.
