Jolene Hardy was an exceptional realtor. She had a professional photographer take photos of my parent’s townhouse to use in all advertising, including the internet. She had open houses for leads, and had realtors who showed the home fill out short surveys. The surveys helped us to determine the house appeared dated and was not getting good offers. The townhouse needed updating in order to get a reasonable offer. Since my parents no longer live in Ft. Myers while the townhouse was for sale, Jolene went to home improvement stores to select tile, granite counter tops for the kitchen, plumbing fixtures, paint for cabinets, and even new cabinet handles. She obtained quotes and negotiated very reasonable prices from contractors she has worked with before to get the upgrading done in the kitchen and tiling half of the first floor. We got a good offer before the upgrading was even completed, so it accomplished what we needed. Jolene acted not only as a  great sales associate, but also a home designer and type of contractor to coordinate all the upgrading and re-plumbing due to the uncovering of polybutylene pipes in the townhouse. The townhouse sold as planned. Throughout the listing and contract, Jolene remained in continual contact with us by phone, text and e-mail. She would send pictures of work in progress. We could not have sold the townhouse in this time period and for the price we received without Jolene’s help. She exceeded our expectation of a realtor, and we would recommend her without hesitation.
